We are a enthusiastic team of professionals who believe in family, and want to help you provide for your family.

Rick Hughes is our founder and CEO.  His first career was as a college coach where for 25 years he was successful in motivating, teaching, recruiting, and winning.

At the age of 46, Rick entered the insurance industry and quickly became one of the most successful agents in America.  He was promoted to a management position.  He was then hired by an insurance company President to be a Director (manager of many branches nationwide).  Rick's effective recruiting and motivational skills led him to become a Field Vice-President.   

After long hours on the road, he decided he wanted to be home and closer to family.  He and his wife Wendy, decided to open their own Agency.
